I nearly nothing know of Linux because I didnt used it till now and so I see even when Partimage is the most userfriendly free imager in linux I have to learn linux-code. For example I had to mount my Sata-HD where the backup should be stored. Couldnt this be done automatically? I think more people would use it then.
And how does it work in comparition to Norton Ghost? When I backup a HD, maybe with the OS on it and I must replace the disk, can i have the same like before when I rewrite the image? Or do I have to deal with MBR, Partitiontable and so on? If yes, couldnt it be done to function automatically? Maybe with checkboxes.
Same reason like before. I dont know much of linux and would like to have the most simple way to backup without learning linuxcode. And I think many people are giving up at the position where it means to learn linux.
Or does it work automatically already?
