When I plug in 2 hdd's on the same ide cable with one master and one slave, linux picks them up and I can mount them as

master: /dev/hda1
slave: /dev/hdb1

What happens if it's a SCSI hdd, how can I mount it? I'm currently using sysres cd and I made autorun scripts that mounts the master/slave to do a unatended restore and image as follows:

mkdir /mnt/image
mount -t vfat /dev/hdb1 /mnt/image
partimage -z0 -o -d -b -f3 save /dev/hda1 /mnt/image/image.img
init 6

How can I make a unatended backup where SCSI drive's are being imlpimented ? How will I mount a scsi hdd? And any ideas on mouting the drives by themselves instead of me going mkdir /mn/whatever - maybe something along the lines of sysmount -S?

Any input will be appreciated
